Spanish Properties Direct to launch in Ireland
After several years on the international market Bangor-based Spanish Properties Direct have announce the impending launch of the company in Ireland.
Managing Director of Spanish Properties Direct, Tim McGowan, said: "As a result of an extremely positive response from the Irish market, we have put in place a unique strategy to cater specifically for the needs of both second home buyers and investors alike.
"Everyone knows how stressful buying a new home can be in your own country, never mind buying one in a different country, but we understand these concerns, and have reacted positively with measures designed to make the whole process more affordable and enjoyable from start to finish.
"We provide a simple and direct means by which local clients can purchase property in Spain.
"Irish people in general have become very aware of the benefits of the Mediterranean lifestyle and climate and want to be a part of it.
"Our primary objective is to satisfy the client not facilitate ourselves which encompasses an ethos of ongoing customer satisfaction throughout the buying process, and continuing with our un-rivalled after sales support."
The official Ireland launch of Spanish Properties Direct will take place in June.

According to DETI officials Foreign Direct Investment has dramatically transformed Northern Ireland into an economy now fully engaged in the global marketplace. The assessment by DETI Permanent Secretary Bruce Robinson, was made at the Engineering of Ireland Conference held in Killarney in the Republic of Ireland on Friday October 5.
