Appeal After Crumlin Road Attack

Detectives from Antrim Road CID have appealed for witnesses following an assault and robbery in the Crumlin road Tennent street area in the early hours of Saturday.

At around 2am a 16-year-old male was attacked by four unknown youths who threatened him with a knife and stole his mobile phone. During the incident the youth received a cut to his forehead and punched in the face.

The main assailant is described as 5ft 8ins tall, with short dark hair.

He was wearing a dark navy Helly Hansen jacket, blue jeans and Timberland boots.

Anyone who witnessed the attack or who has any information is asked to contact detectives at Antrim Road CID on 0845 600 8000.

Information can also be passed anonymously to the Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.

PSNI Appeal Following Fatal Collision In L'Derry

Appeal Following Petrol Bomb Attack In Banbridge
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following a petrol bomb attack in Banbridge, in the early hours of Tuesday 19th March. It was reported that at around 2.10am on Tuesday morning, two petrol bombs were thrown at the back wall of a house in the Castlewellan Road area, causing scorch damage to the wall and a window frame.
