Vital Nutrition set workshop date for Belfast

Nutrition consultant Jane McClenaghan is running a workshop in Belfast to help women identify which foods and nutritional supplements can help restore their natural hormone balance.

According to Jane, "fluctuations in the female hormone balance can play havoc with women’s lives".

As part of the morning workshop, which takes place on Saturday 27 April, from 10am to 1pm at Malone House, Shaw’s Bridge, Belfast, women can find out how to eat your way out of PMS, menstrual problems, menopausal symptoms and osteoporosis and into optimum health.
