Optimus Solutions opens new Hillsborough offices
Software design company Optimus Solutions has opened the doors of its new Hillsborough offices.
The local company, who specialise in designing IT solutions that meet the exact requirements of firms in the retail and hospitality sectors, are now in a prime position to deliver their services to the whole of Northern Ireland.
Optimus offers EPOS systems that are completely flexible, providing clients with an increased range of options. The system is Windows based and can therefore be implemented over multiple sales outlets and which communicate via modern networking technology to a central warehouse or head office as well as between shops.
A spokesperson for the company stated: “We feel that retailers have wasted enough of their valuable time searching for an "off the shelf" EPOS system that can provide the features they require, only to be disappointed later when they discover that these systems are not flexible enough. It is our aim to be able to communicate with each retailer and ascertain which features they feel they would need to assist them to achieve maximum performance from their business.”
Optimus also cite their ability to build business relationships based upon measurable performance and results as one of their most important assets.
The spokesperson continued: “In being customer-focused we want to understand the customers needs and assist them to solve their problems. We achieve this with in-depth and frequent discussions to maintain a complete and accurate understanding of customer needs.”
