Body In Suitcase Probed
A body has been found hidden in a suitcase and dumped into a now dried-up pond.
The remains, thought to be that of a woman, were discovered in the case in a dried-up pond on farmland in Kent.
Kent Police said the area off Buckland Road in Cliffe, near Rochester, had been sealed-off.
The grisly find was uncovered shortly before 1.30pm on Thursday in a dried-out pool known locally as "the old pond".
Nearby Buckland Road has also been shut as investigations continue.
A post mortem examination is expected to take place later and the death is being treated as suspicious.
Police said inquiries were under way to establish the identity of the body and at the moment, the cause of death is not yet known.

Police Investigate Toddler Pond Death
Police are continuing to investigate the tragic death of a three-year-old boy who drowned in a garden pond in Birmingham. It is reported the toddler was found floating face down and unconscious in the water at the back of a house in Moseley on Saturday.

Two men have been charged with manslaughter of a 16-year-old boy who downed in a water-filled clay pit in the West Midlands. The body of Shane Owoo was recovered from the pond in Bliston by police divers on Sunday. The two men, aged 20 and 22, will appear before Wolverhampton magistrates on Wednesday morning.
