Murder Charge Over Christmas Body Find
Police investigating the death of a Lithuanian man whose body was found in a field in Leicestershire on Christmas Day last year have charged a man with murder.
The body of Gediminas Kristukas, 23, was found by a dog walker in a field near Quenby Hall, Hungarton on Christmas morning last year.
According to reports, his car, a blue Audi A6 with Lithuanian number plates, remains missing.
Gintaris Kuzmarskis, 18, was arrested in the French port of Calais on Friday and was returned to the UK.
He was interviewed by Leicestershire police over the weekend and was charged with murder on Sunday evening. He has also been charged with a number of other offences relating to the same incident.
Mr Kuzmarskis has been remanded in custody to appear before Leicester Magistrates Court on Monday.
Officers are still following a number of lines of enquiry in the case, both in the UK and Lithuania.

Daughter Found Guilty Of Mother's Murder
A woman has been found guilty of murdering her mother and dumping her body in a stream in Ayrshire. At the High Court in Glasgow today (Friday), Lisa Brown, 21, was found guilty of the murder of Anne Brown, 51. Her former boyfriend, John Wilson, 25, was convicted of the lesser charge of culpable homicide.

Shot Belfast Man Recovering
A 35-year-old man has been shot twice in the leg inside a house in Twinbrook in Co Antrim on the outskirts of Belfast. A young girl and a woman were in the house in the Summerhill Drive area when the attack happened on Wednesday night. However, it is not believed that the man's injuries are life threatening.

Stepbrother Of Becky Watts Charged With Murder
The stepbrother of 16-year-old Becky Watts has been charged with murder. Nathan Matthews, 28, has been remanded in custody and is due to appear before Bristol Crown Court on 2 April. His girlfriend, Shauna Hoare, 21, was also remanded in custody.
