AB-Fab Star In Breast Cancer Battle

Comedienne Jennifer Saunders has revealed that she is in remission after being diagnosed with breast cancer last year.

The Absolutely Fabulous star, who ended her long-running comedy partnership with Dawn French last year, was diagnosed with breast cancer last October, but has kept the information secret.

Ms Saunders, 52, has been seen sporting a new short blonde hairstyle this week, after having worn a wig while she was receiving chemotherapy.

She has not spoken publicly about her battle with cancer, but it is understood that the disease was caught early and her treatment, which was successful, has now finished.
