UK Couple Win The Jackpot

A lucky British couple bagged the EuroMillions jackpot, it has been revealed.

Two 22-year-olds from Stapleford in England won £45,160,170.50 in Tuesday’s rollover draw.

Cassey Carrington and Matt Topham who are planning to get married in September won the jackpot after playing the game online.

The couple mark the second major EuroMillions win in the country in the last three weeks.

Another couple- Gareth, 40, and Catherine Bull, 35, from Mansfield, won £40m in the EuroMillions draw on 20 January. Mr and Mrs Bull's win came from a lucky dip ticket.

A spokesman for Camelot said: "It is fantastic news to have another UK winner so soon after Gareth and Catherine Bull from Mansfield won £40m."

Couple Scoop Second EuroMillions Win
A couple from Scunthorpe in North Lincolnshire have won the EuroMillions – for the second time in two years. The couple, named as David and Kathleen Long, scooped the £1m lottery prize in the draw which took place on 27 March. Their first win was in 2013, where they also won £1m.

Bus Driver Syndicate Share Euromillions Win
A group of bus drivers from Northamptonshire who won Friday's Euromillions jackpot have collected their £38m cheque. The 12 men, all employees of Stagecoach, have said the “life changing” win has come as they faced cuts at work. Having played the same number since they began the syndicate three years ago they won a total of £38,034,639.

Record ticket sales are expected ahead of Friday's Euromillions draw, which has an estimated jackpot of £120 million. Camelot said that if the jackpot is won by a single person, it will be the world's largest every lottery payout.
