Eva Rausing Died Of Cocaine Abuse

The wife of multi-millionaire Hans Kristian Rausing died of cocaine abuse, a coroner has rule.

Eva Rausing, 48, was found at the couple's house in Belgravia on 9th July.

Her husband received a 10 month jail sentence, suspended for two years, after he admitted to prevent the lawful and decent burial of his wife.

He was also given a two month prison sentence in August, also suspended for two years, agter he admitted driving on when he was on drugs.

Hans Kristian Rausing was arrested on Monday after officers discovered the body of his 48-year-old wife, Eva, at their home in Belgravia, west London.

A 27-year-old man has been given a suspended sentence for tweeting an image purporting to be an adult Jon Venables, one of the men jailed for the murder of James Bulger. The High Court in London gave James Baines, from Liverpool, to a 14-month suspended sentence, after he admitted contempt of court.

A known sex offender has been jailed for 28 months after admitting sexually grooming a 15-year-old girl in Southend. Peter May, 48, of Collins Meadow, Harlow, also admitted breaching a suspended sentence imposed at Chelmsford Crown Court in December 2008 for sexual activity in the presence of children.
