Amber Wind Warning Issued For South Of England

An amber alert for wind has been issued for the south of England for the coming week.

The Met Office has warned that the coming storm could cause disruption in the south of England.

Expected heavy rainfall has also raised concerns over flooding.

The public in affected areas have been advised to "be prepared for the risk of falling trees as well as damage to buildings and other structures" caused by strong winds.

It is not currently known exactly when the bad weather might hit.
