Man Arrested In Connection With Missing Teen
Police have arrested a 22-year-old man on suspicion of murdering 17-year-old Jayden Parkinson, who went missing 10 days ago.
Jayden, from Oxford, was last seen on 3 December leaving a youth hostel in the Iffley Road area of the city.
Thames Valley Police have now confirmed that a man from Reading has been arrested in connection with her disappearance and is in police custody.
Police are also continuing to appeal for help in tracing Jayden.
She is described as white, of slim build with shoulder length dark brown hair and brown eyes.

British Man Dies In Dubai Police Custody
A British man has died in police custody in Dubai. Lee Bradley Brown, 39, from east London, died on Tuesday after he was taken to a Dubai police station where he was allegedly assaulted and put into a cell. It has been reported that Mr Brown, was arrested over a row at the luxury hotel Burj Al Arab hotel.

Man Arrested Over Kent Doctor's Murder
A 21-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a doctor in Kent. Consultant paediatrician Dr Victoria Anyetei, 54, was found in her car in the driveway of her home in Dartford on August 14. She had been stabbed to death. Kent Police said that the man was arrested on suspicion of murder at an address in Dartford.

The body of Jayden Parkinson was found in an established grave in the Great Western Cemetery next to All Saints Church in Didcot on 18 December.

Wanted Man Arrested In London
The man wanted in connection with the murder of a 66-year-old man who intervened during a robbery, has been arrested. Ian John McLoughlin, 55, was arrested in London at around 01:00. He was wanted on suspicion of murder and robbery. Airports and ports had been put on alert as police hinted for McLoughlin.

Hampshire Police have reported that a missing 15-year-old schoolgirl has been found "safe and well". The teenager from Southhampton was last seen on Saturday on the Isle of Wight. She is said to have been in the company of a man. A 33-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of child abduction, police have said.
