An investigation has been launched into the suspected arson attack on a derelict building in Suffolk.

Some 30 firefighters were needed to tackle the blaze in Fen Road, Redgrave, which police believe was started deliberately in the early hours of Thursday morning.

The fire was eventually extinguished at around 11:00 and roads in the area were reopened.

Investigators remain on scene as they try and gather evidence, a Suffolk Police spokesman said.
