Chris Denning Charged With 41 Sex Offences
Former Radio One DJ Chris Denning is to be charged with 41 sex offences.
Prosecuters said the offences relate to attacks on boys aged nine to 16.
Denning is accused of 34 counts of indecent assault, on 22 victims between 1967 and 1985, according to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS).
Baljit Ubhey, Chief Crown Prosecutor for CPS London, said: "We have concluded that there is sufficient evidence and it is in the public interest for Mr Denning to be charged with 41 offences, including 34 counts of indecent assault.
"These date from between 1967 and 1985, and relate to 22 male complainants aged between nine and 16 at the time of the alleged offending."

Gary Glitter Denies Sex Offences Charges
Gary Glitter has denied 10 charges of sex offences against three girls in the 1970s and early 80s. Glitter, whose real name is Paul Gadd, pleaded not guilty at Southwark Crown Court in London. It is understood the charges include six counts of indecent assault and one charge of unlawful intercourse.

Max Clifford Pleads Not Guilty To Charges
PR consultant Max Clifford has pleaded not guilty to 11 counts of indecent assault. The 70-year-old appeared at Southwark Crown Court this morning. He faces charges relating to seven alleged victims, between the ages of 14 and 19, between 1966 and 1985. Speaking outside the court, Clifford said he was "totally innocent" of the allegations.

While a poll suggests voters are divided on the Chancellor's spending cuts, the Deputy Prime Minister has described spending review warnings as "complete nonsense". The Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS) has said the £81bn of cuts unveiled in the spending review would hit the poorest the hardest.

Bradley Jailed For Multiple Murders
David Bradley, an ex-soldier who killed four members of his family, will serve at least 15 years in jail. Bradley was sentenced to four life sentences at Newcastle Crown Court. Bradley, 41, shot his uncle, aunt and two cousins at close range with a handgun he reportedly smuggled back from Bosnia while serving in the Army, in July 2006.
