England Squad Arrive Back In The UK

The England squad have returned home following a disappointing campaign at this year's World Cup.

The team were knocked out of the group stages after losing their first two matches to Italy and Uruguay, and then drawing 0-0 against Costa Rica on Tuesday night.

It is the squad's worst performance in the tournament since 1958.

Despite a disappointing campaign, manager Roy Hodgson has received support from the Football Association (FA) to remain in the role. There are doubts however, surrounding the future of a number of the squad's senior players including Steven Gerrard.
