New Search Launched For Missing Bedford Woman
Police in Bedford have started a new search for a woman who went missing almost two years ago.
Police investigating the disappearance of Sonica Hans (35) are searching the Rover Great Ouse in Bedford.
Ms Hans was last seen on Boxing Day 2012, leaving the Priory Court flat she shared with her sister.
Police say that they are revisiting the site for a new search due to advances in technology.

Life For Gardening Murderer
A gardener has been jailed for life after being found guilty of the murder of 54-year-old Lynda Casey from Coulsdon in Surrey. Ms Casey's body was found by police search teams in an area of Banstead Woods in Surrey known as Great Solom’s Wood on 13 August 2009. A post mortem examination showed she had suffered multiple head injuries.

PM To Host Internet Safety Summit
The Prime Minister will host a key summit at Downing Street where he will welcome the progress made by internet service providers, leading search engines and police agencies to better protect children from harmful material online and block child abuse and other illegal content but will warn that there is still more to do.

Missing Boy's Funeral Held Today
A funeral will be held later for a British boy who drowned while cycling on an island in the south of France. 12-year-old Pierre Barnes from Grantham in Lincolnshire vanished on 27 October while cycling on Porquerolles. The boy went missing just hours after arriving for a half-term family holiday.

Man's Body Found During Police Training Exercise
The body of a man has been discovered by police during a major training exercise in a reservoir near Sheffield. Brian Arnold, 61, from Athersley, Barnsley, was found in Winscar Reservoir, near Penistone, by police and emergency services who were preparing to start a major training exercise.
