Police Continue To Hold Four Men Arrested In Terror Raids
Police are continuing to hold four men arrested on Tuesday during raids carried out as part of an "Islamist-related" terrorism plot.
Under current legislation the men could be held for up to 14 days without charge.
The men, aged 20 and 21, are being held under the Terrorism Act on suspicion of being involved in the commission, preparation or instigation of terrorism.
BBC Won't Broadcast Dave Lee Travis Fronted TOTPs
Dave Lee Travis will not appear in repeats of Top of the Pops, the BBC have announced.
The former Radio 1 DJ was convicted in September of indecent assault, receiving a three-month suspended sentence.
Broadcasts of the music show were pulled from the schedule in November 2012, when Travis was first arrested.
The broadcaster has now confirmed that it will "not show Top of the Pops repeats fronted by Dave Lee Travis".
Cargo Ship Carrying Radioactive Waste Catches Fire
A ship carrying radioactive material caught fire in the Moray Firth, Scottish Authorities have said.
The MV Parida was carrying 15 crew and a cargo of cemented radioactive waste when a fire broke out in a funnel.
52 workers on the nearby Beatrice oil platform were evacuated as a precaution when the vessel began to drift.
It is understood that no crew members of the ship were injured in the incident and the cargo was not damaged.

A stricken cargo ship, whose crew was rescued on Monday, has sunk in rough seas off the Devon Coast. The Ice Prince sank around 12.45am on Tuesday about 26 miles off Portland Bill. It was being monitored by two tugs at the time. Some 20 crew members were rescued from the vessel on Monday night.

Nasa: No Shuttle Tile Repair Required
Nasa management have decided that no repair will be necessary on the damage to a tile in Endeavour's heat shield. The Mission Management Team decided that Saturday's spacewalk would not include a repair of Shuttle's heat shield after it was concluded that the damage did not pose a safety risk to the crew or Endeavour.

Pirates Take Hostages From British Ship
Three crewmen have been taken hostage in an attack by pirates on a British ship off the west coast of Africa, the BBC has reported. The victims are a Romanian and two Russians. They were kidnapped when pirates took control of the Esther C cargo ship in the Gulf of Guinea.

A three-month sentence given to Dave Lee Travis is to be reviewed by the attorney general's office, it has been revealed. The sentence was handed down to the former Radio 1 DJ on Friday after he was found guilty of assaulting a female television researcher in 1995.

Dave Lee Travis is to be re-tried on a charge of indecent assault and sexual assault. Earlier this month the 68-year-old former Radio 1 DJ was found not guilty on 12 counts of indecent assault but the jury was unable to reach a verdict on two other charges.
