GMP Warn Of 'Potentially Fatal' Sleeper Prank

Greater Manchester Police (GMP) have warned parents about a new craze, which sees children suffocating each other until they lose consciousness.

It is understood that a child is currently in hospital because of the so-called "Sleeper" prank.

The prank is said to involve children covering the mouths and noses of younger children until they pass out.

"Please advise every child you know and warn them of the dangers," police said. "This could easily lead to [unconsciousness] or even death."
