Police Appeal For Help Finding Missing Teenage Sisters
Police Scotland have issued an appeal for help in tracing missing teenage sisters Kamila and Natalie Michalowicz.
It is understood that 15-year-old Kamila went missing on Monday, followed by 14-year-old Natalie on Tuesday.
Kamila has been described as being 5' 4" tall, of medium build and with dark brown mid-length hair. Natalie is 5' 5" tall, of slim build, and has long dark brown hair.
Both girls had been wearing Inverness Royal Academy hooded tops and black leggings.
A police spokesperson said: "The girls were both last seen at around 17:30 on Tuesday at the Inverness train station. It is believed that Natalia and Kamila may both be in the Aviemore area."
Anyone who has spotted the sisters are asked to contact police on 101.
Glastonbury Headline Replacement Announced
Foo Fighters have cancelled their headline performance at this year's Glastonbury Festival. It is one of a number of upcoming shows the band has cancelled after frontman Dave Grohl broke his leg in a fall during a show in Sweden earlier this month.
Festival organisers have now announced that the American band will be replaced by UK act, Florence and the Machine.
One Of Britain's Seven 'Mars One' Candidates Withdraws
One of Britain's seven shortlisted candidates for the Mars One mission, has withdrawn from the selection process.
Maggie Lieu, 24, from Coventry, was one of seven people from the UK in the running for a place on the one-way trip to Mars. The current shortlist has been reduced to 100, with a final selection of 40 to be made that will join the mission, which hopes to establish a human settlement by 2024.
Ms Lieu posted to Twitter that she had withdrawn so she could concentrate on finishing her PHD.

Body Found In Search For Missing Woman
A body has been discovered in Sutton Mill by police investigating the disappearance of Jennifer Hayman. The body was found at 18:00 on Thursday. Formal identification has not yet been made, but police said that Ms Hayman's family have been informed of the find. A post-mortem is due to be carried out to establish the cause of death.

Recovered Body Confirmed As Missing POlice Officer
Cumbria Police have confirmed that a body found on Tuesday was that of a missing police officer. Police searching for Detective Sergeant George Atkinson, recovered his body in the Cogra Moss area. Mr Atkinson was 46 years old from Springbank, Whitehaven. He was employed as a Detective Sergeant at Cumbria Constabulary, based in west Cumbria.

Hampshire Police have reported that a missing 15-year-old schoolgirl has been found "safe and well". The teenager from Southhampton was last seen on Saturday on the Isle of Wight. She is said to have been in the company of a man. A 33-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of child abduction, police have said.
