Police Appeal For Wanted Man To Hand Himself In

North Yorkshire Police have issued an appeal for information on the whereabouts of Ashley Fulcher, who is wanted after being recalled to prison.

The 24-year-old was released on licence in May 2013, but has since been recalled to prison after failing to attend meetings with probation officers and demonstrating bad behaviour.

As part of the ongoing enquiry to locate him, his face was broadcast on BBC One's Crimewatch Roadshow programme on Tuesday 9 June 2015. However, he remains at large.

Fulcher has connections with the Selby and South Yorkshire areas.

Sergeant Matt Foale, of Selby Police, said: "Ashley, you must surely have realised by now that we will not stop looking for you. Every day you remain at large only makes the inevitable outcome worse for yourself when we catch up with you. It's time to do the right thing, and hand yourself in."

Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Ashley Fulcher is urged to contact North Yorkshire Police on 101, press option 1 and pass information to the Force Control Room. Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be contacted anonymously on 0800 555 111.
