Baby Sale Suspect Released On Bail
A man arrested in connection with allegedly trying to sell a baby in Manchester City Centre on Sunday has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
It is understood that a 28-year-old man was in the city centre on Sunday with a three-month-old baby in a pram. He is said to have approached members of the public offering to sell the child.
A member of the public alerted police after the man allegedly offered to sell him the child for £1,000.
Police launched an operation, appealing on social media for information on the whereabouts of the suspect. He was arrested a short time later.
Police have said that the man was questioned and released on bail until September. They added that the three-month-old baby is "safe and well".

Missing Baby Found 'Safe And Well'
A nine-month-old baby girl who was reported missing from her home in Glouchestershire on Monday has been found safe and well. Maylayah Delaney had been reported missing by her mother shortly before lunch-time on Monday. Police have confirmed that a man from the West Midlands is helping them with their inquiries.

Wanted Man Arrested In London
The man wanted in connection with the murder of a 66-year-old man who intervened during a robbery, has been arrested. Ian John McLoughlin, 55, was arrested in London at around 01:00. He was wanted on suspicion of murder and robbery. Airports and ports had been put on alert as police hinted for McLoughlin.

Lee Bradley Brown, 39, from east London, died on Tuesday after he was taken to a Dubai police station where he was allegedly assaulted and put into a cell. It has been reported that Mr Brown, was arrested over a row at the luxury hotel Burj Al Arab hotel.

Man Arrested Over Kent Doctor's Murder
A 21-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a doctor in Kent. Consultant paediatrician Dr Victoria Anyetei, 54, was found in her car in the driveway of her home in Dartford on August 14. She had been stabbed to death. Kent Police said that the man was arrested on suspicion of murder at an address in Dartford.
