Police Still Searching For Missing Mother And Son
Police in Leeds have renewed their appeal for help in tracing a 42-year-old woman and her nine-year-old son.
Joanne Binns, from Swarcliffe, was last seen at about 15:15 on Monday, 14 September, when she got a taxi to the Hyde Park area of Leeds.
She is described as white, 5ft 3ins tall, with short brown hair.
Police have a confirmed a sighting of Ms Binns and her son using a cashpoint at a Co-op store in Seacroft on the day she went missing.
Detective Inspector Mark Strother, of Leeds District CID, said: "We have been making extensive enquiries to trace Joanne and her son who have been missing for over a week now and we remain very concerned for their welfare and urgently need to establish their whereabouts to check that they are okay.
"We hope these new CCTV images will give people the most up to date picture of what they look like. We would urge anyone who has seen them or who knows where they might be to contact us immediately."
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Special Operations Room at Elland Road via 101.

Woman Arrested At Heathrow On Terrorism Charges
A 25-year-old woman has been arrested at Heathrow Airport on suspicion of terrorism offences. It is understood that the woman was travelling with her one-year-old son when officers arrested her as she disembarked a flight from Turkey. Police said her charges relate to offences in Syria.

Police are searching for a woman who has gone missing with her one-year-old son. Michelle Kelly and son Jaden, from Basildon, were reported missing on Friday 16 August. Jaden is subject of a care order with parental responsibility having been given to Essex Social Services.

Police have issued an urgent appeal to trace a mother and son who have not been seen since Tuesday. Salma Kadri, 29, of Libyan background, and her son Hassan Nasser, 10, were last seen in Ealing between 9pm and 10pm after leaving their home in Paddington on Tuesday afternoon.
