Rowan Atkinson Finalises Divorce

Rowan Atkinson's divorce from estranged wife Sunetra has been finalised.

The actor's wife was granted the 'quickie' divorce today at London's Central Family Court, on the grounds of Atkinson's "unreasonable behaviour".

No further details were given.

The couple were married for 24 years, but in 2014, the couple separated when the actor is alleged to have left his wife for 32-year-old Louise Ford. Atkinson, 60, and Ford first met in 2013 after appearing together in the West End as he starred in the comic play Quartermaine's Terms. They are thought to have been dating for 18 months.

A source is quoted by The Sun as saying: "Sunetra was deeply upset to be replaced by such a younger woman."

Atkinson and Sunetra, 54, have two children together, Ben, 22, and 20-year-old Lily.
