Teenager pleads guilty to raping teacher
A sixteen-year-old boy has pleaded guilty to the rape of a teacher at his London school.
The south London youth, who was fifteen at the time of the attack and cannot be identified because of his age, admitted raping the 28-year-old teacher on September 7 last year.
Two other charges alleging sexual assault were also ordered to remain on file.
At the Old Bailey today, the court heard how the woman was head-butted and bitten, as well as indecently assaulted during what the prosecution described as a “sustained and violent sexual attack”.
The court was told that the teacher had been marking books in a classroom at the end of the day, when she felt an arm around her. She initially thought it was a joke by a student, but was then pulled out of her chair and “dragged the length of the classroom”, the court heard.
The court was told that during the attack, the boy had applied force to the teacher’s neck and windpipe and forced her to perform oral sex.
The teacher, who had attempted to fight off the defendant by stabbing at him with a pen, did not know the teenager and he had not been in any of her classes.
She had reportedly retained his semen in her mouth and the DNA was subsequently used to identify the youth.
The boy is due to be sentenced on June 17.

Boy 'Can't Remember' Teacher's Attack
The 14-year-old boy who was attacked by his science teacher has said that he can't remember the assault that left him with a fractured skull. Peter Harvey, 50, is accused of the attempted murder of the teenager using a 3kg (6.6lbs) dumbbell at All Saints' Roman Catholic School, Mansfield.

A Merseyside head teacher has been fined £20,000 for failing to ensure the safety of his students when one of them fell through a school roof. Liverpool Crown Court heard how, in August 2008, John Summerfield led a group of "slightly inebriated" sixth formers on to the roof of Sacred Heart Catholic College in Crosby.

Jail sentence for teacher over sex with pupil

Elvira Fairhurst, 49, from Allerton, Liverpool had pleaded guilty to eleven charges of sexual activity with a child at an earlier hearing. She was given the same sentence for each charge, with the sentences to run concurrently.
