Body found in 'missing jogger' search
Police investigating the disappearance of a female jogger in south-west London have discovered a body.
Egeli Rasta, 27, who was originally from Estonia, was last seen leaving her home in Mitcham on July 4, when it was believed that she was going for a jog.
The body was discovered on Mitcham Common on Sunday evening. Forensic examiners are currently examining the scene.
The body has not yet been identified and police have not confirmed whether it is male or female. A post-mortem will be carried out shortly.
Police are continuing to question a man in his early twenties who was arrested on Thursday on suspicion of murder.
Miss Rasta, who had worked as a shop assistant in Harrods until the start of the month, has been living in the UK for two years and is understood to speak good English.
Miss Rasta, who is described as tall and thin with long blonde hair, was reportedly last seen heading towards the Common, wearing black lycra leggings and a black top.

The body of a woman has been found in woodland near Little Kingshill, Buckinghamshire. She is yet to be formally identified but is believed to be missing police officer Louise Gibson. Louise had been missing from Great Kingshill, Buckinghamshire, since Thursday evening.

Missing jogger - man in court on murder charge
A man has appeared in court charged with the murder of missing woman Egeli Rasta. Gareth Davies, 22, of Mitcham, south London, was remanded in custody at Wimbledon magistrates' court on Tuesday, charged with murder and perverting the course of justice. He is due to appear at the Old Bailey on October 24.

Body Found In Search For Missing Woman
A body has been discovered in Sutton Mill by police investigating the disappearance of Jennifer Hayman. The body was found at 18:00 on Thursday. Formal identification has not yet been made, but police said that Ms Hayman's family have been informed of the find. A post-mortem is due to be carried out to establish the cause of death.

Third Body Found In Arson Attack Mansion
A third body has been found in the burnt-out mansion of a millionaire businessman. Christopher Foster, 50, his wife Jill, 49, and their 15-year-old daughter Kirstie had not been seen since the arson attack last Tuesday at Osbaston House, a large country estate in Shropshire. West Mercia Police are treating the case as a murder inquiry.
