Danielle killers lose appeal against convictions

Two gang members found guilty of the drive-by shooting of 14-year-old schoolgirl Danielle Beccan have lost their appeals against conviction.

Mark Kelly, 23, and Junior Andrews, 26, were convicted of Danielle's murder in 2005.

Danielle was killed when a gang opened fire on the group she was with as they returned from Nottingham's Goose Fair.

Andrews' sentence appeal was dismissed at the Court of Appeal, but Kelly's minimum term was reduced from 32 years to 29.
