Man Arrested After Woman's Body Found
Police have launched a murder inquiry after a 44-year-old woman was found dead in Pembrokeshire.
Her body was found at a flat in Pennant Avenue in Saundersfoot in the early hours of this morning.
Detectives have cordoned the area off.
Dyfed-Powys Police are carrying out door-to-door enquiries and have appealed for witnesses.
Police have confirmed that a man has been arrested and is currently in custody.
The woman has not yet been formally identified.
A Home Office pathologist will carry out a post mortem examination later.
Anyone with information is asked to call Tenby CID on 0845 330 2000.

Human Remains Found During Search For Missing Woman
Police Scotland have confirmed that human remains have been found during the search for missing 19-year-old Hazel North. A search had been ongoing for Ms North, who was from Dunfermline and has been missing since 04 March. Police have not yet been confirmed if the remains found in Dean Park are those of Ms North.

Body Found In Search For Missing Woman
A body has been discovered in Sutton Mill by police investigating the disappearance of Jennifer Hayman. The body was found at 18:00 on Thursday. Formal identification has not yet been made, but police said that Ms Hayman's family have been informed of the find. A post-mortem is due to be carried out to establish the cause of death.

Police Investigating If Woman Was Trying To Save Dog When She Was Hit By Train
British Transport Police investigating the death of a woman have said that she may have been trying to save a dog when she was hit by a train. The 22-year-old woman was struck by a train close to Ainsdale station near Southport, Merseyside at about 15:00 on Wednesday. Transport police said a dog was also found dead at the scene.

A disabled woman found stabbed to death in her car near her home in Harlow, Essex, has been named. Jennifer Macaree was discovered in Hadley Grange on the outskirts of Harlow early on Saturday. Essex Police confirmed she was in the driver's seat of her black Vauxhall Corsa in a parking area near her flat shortly after 3am.

Woman Found Dead At Liverpool Property Identified
A woman found dead at a property in Huyton in Liverpool on Wednesday has been identified as being 45-year-old Michelle Teare. At about 12.50pm, emergency services were called to a property on Ashbury Road following the discovery of a body inside a property. Emergency services attended and found the body of Michelle Teare.
