FULL HEIGHT SHUTTERS
Full Height Plantation Shutters are one style of Plantation Shutter available at Village Blinds and Shutters. They feature doors that cover the entire window from top to bottom. Whether you want to keep your home warm by closing the shutters or cool a space down by opening them, the plantation shutters will suit each need.
TIER ON TIER SHUTTERS
Tier-on-Tier Plantation Shutters are one of the types of Plantation Shutter available at Village Blinds and Shutters. They feature two separate doors on top of each other allowing them to be opened or closed separately.
CAFE STYLE SHUTTERS
Café Style Plantation Shutters are one of the types of Plantation Shutter available at Village Blinds and Shutters. They leave a gap at the top allowing light to enter or leaving part of the window unobstructed.
Additional Options
Tracks
Tracked Plantation Shutters provide greater stability, keeping the shutter doors connected to the frame. This is especially useful for larger shutters that my also feature a bi-fold in order to prevent any bending or damage to the shutter during use.
Tracks are available for Full Height Shutters.
Colours
Our Plantation Shutters are available in white as standard. The composite material can be painted a selection of colours upon request in order to better fit the style of your home.
Tilt Rod
The tilt rod in a Plantation Shutters connects the slats, ensuring they tilt together when moved. There are two styles available depending on your preferences. A Central Tilt Rod runs vertically up the middle of the door along the slats providing a traditional look. A Hidden Tilt Rod is a more discreet look that runs vertically up the side of the slats. Both provide the same function, but a different look.
