Man Arrested After Police Seize Drugs In West Belfast
A man has been arrested after drugs were discovered in a car by police in west Belfast.
PSNI officers stopped and searched a black Seat Ibiza car on Craven Street, at around 4.30pm on Monday, 06 March.
A further search was carried out in the Crosby Street area and small quantity of suspected cocaine and herbal cannabis were seized.
A 23-year-old man has been arrested for possession of Class A drugs, possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply and being concerned in the distribution of Class A drugs.
He is currently assisting police with their enquiries.

Two arrested following police raids
Two men have been arrested following police searches in north Belfast. Two handguns, ammunition, drugs worth an estimated street value of £27,000, documents and around £17,000 in cash, were seized during the raids, which are believed to be linked to organised crime in the city.

A 38-year-old man was arrested following the discovery of drugs, worth an estimated £50,000, in east Belfast. He was subsequently charged with being in possession cannabis with intent to supply following the drugs seizure at Garnerville.

Man Wanted In Lithuania Arrested In Magherafelt
The PSNI have arrested a 23-year-old man in Magherafelt wanted in Lithuania to face charges of human trafficking. The man was arrested by officers from the Police Service's local policing team in Magherafelt, with assistance from the International Policing Unit. He is expected appear before extradition court in Belfast later today.
