Police re-appeal for missing woman

Police in Belfast re-appealed for assistance in locating a missing Asian woman who has not been seen since Friday.

Tahira Saddique, 31, originally from Bradford in England, was last seen leaving Windsor House at Belfast City Hospital on Friday evening. She is described as “vulnerable” and suffers from medical problems and requires regular medication, which she has not received for sometime. Due to this she may be nervous of strangers and members of the public are asked not to approach her as this could cause her distress.

It is understood that she was planning to go to the Shankhill area of the city.

Tahira is described as being around 5' 7" in height, of slim build, with brown eyes, long straight dark hair, and was wearing bright pink pink traditional Indian dress, and speaks with an English accent.

Anyone who may see Tahira or know of her whereabouts, should contact police on 0845 600 8000, or on the Crimestoppers number on 0800 555 111.
