Two Confirmed Dead In East Yorkshire Helicopter Crash
It has been confirmed that two men died in a helicopter crash off the East Yorkshire coast on Tuesday afternoon.
The Bell JetRanger crashed at about 13:40 yesterday near Selwick Bay, Flamborough.
It is understood that the aircraft was on its way to refuel at Humberside Airport, during a flight from West Lothian to Nottinghamshire.
The Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) said it would not go into detail about its operation to recover the wreckage, but did confirm the bodies of two men were recovered on Tuesday evening.

Nine Britons confirmed dead in Jordanian coach crash
Nine Britons are confirmed dead following a coach crash near the Jordanian tourist attraction of Petra yesterday. According to reports, a tyre of the tour bus blew out on a stretch of the Desert Highway motorway, catapulting the vehicle into the path of an oncoming truck.

Afghan Helicopter Crash Claims Nine
A helicopter crash in the south of Afghanistan, has claimed the lives of nine troops. NATO reported that four others were injured, including two NATO troops, a US civilian and an Afghan soldier. It is believed that none of the dead were British, however the nationalities of the dead have not yet been officially confirmed.
