Shipyard worker breaks leg in fall
A Harland and Wolff shipyard worker is being treated in hospital today after breaking his leg during a fall from a ship.
The workman fell 15 feet into the hold of the ship at Queen's Island at around 11pm last night.
Fire crews were called to the scene of the incident and used special lifting equipment to remove the worker from the hold.
The man is currently in a serious condition in hospital, but his injuries are described as not life-threatening.

The SDLP have called on the Health Minister to commit to a firm date for the introduction of free hospital parking for staff. Opposition Health Spokesperson Colin McGrath was speaking after second stage of the Hospital Parking Charges Bill in the Assembly on Tuesday.

Health Minister Opens New £1.8m Causeway Hospital Unit
Health Minister Robin Swann has announced the opening of a new £1.8 million unit at Causeway Hospital, giving patients timely and direct access to surgical assessment, diagnostics and a treatment plan. The new surgical ambulatory unit will help reduce hospital admissions and attendances at Emergency Departments.

Appeal For Information On 'Nasty' Robbery In Omagh
PSNI detectives have issued an appeal for information following a "nasty" robbery in Omagh. Police received a report, that at around 1.30am on Monday, 19th February a man aged in his in his 40s was cycling in the Cranny Road area of the town, alongside the river, when he was set upon by a group of six people, dressed in dark clothing with hoods up.
