Following the recent new boiler installation and additional work required, my mum couldn't be happier with the work carried out by Francis, and his team. You just hope your plumber will turn up, preferably on time, do a good job and not rip you off. Francis far exceeds all hopes and expectations, bang on time, professional, went above and beyond the call of duty, was tidy, explained things that he had done and gave advise to mum, and wouldn't even eat the snacks provided to save mum on washing up. Communication is essential and Francis couldn't have been more attentive with that aspect too. Mum is relieved and thrilled and can live happily and warmly with her central heating and water system back up and running. I too am relieved and cannot thank Francis and his team enough!!
Mum has booked her annual service visit and is rest assured she has a top quality boiler and central heating system installed and maintained by the best plumbing and heating supplier and engineer around!

I spoke to Francis on New Year's Eve in an emergency situation, desperately needing help and advise regarding a disaster with an oil boiler and back boiler situation. Francis was incredibly helpful, offering the temporary solution over the phone in a clear and concise way, and giving us an appointment ASAP after the bank holiday period. Francis attended and thoroughly checked the boiler system and made repairs and offered a long term solution in a really quick turnaround time. I cannot thank Francis enough,or rate him more highly! As he said, he is old school, and old school is the best!
