Having just purchased a boiler stove from Patrick, I have to offer the following comments ...

We were desperately searching for a boiler stove in the week prior to Xmas, (our existing wrap-round boiler having sprung a leak), and found it extremely difficult to even locate any stockist who had stock ... best offer was " maybe April delivery" ... until contacting StoveworldNI ...

From then on, Patrick maintained contact and exchanged helpful messages in a timely manner throughout the Xmas-New Year week ... purchase was completed 1100hrs 03/01/23 and the stove safely delivered before lunch 06/01/23, (to Cumbria) !!

Every aspect of this purchase was 'easy' and progressed as forecast / anticipated.

However you weigh it up, the purchase / customer service has been of the highest standard throughout ... 5 stars isn't enough ... Patrick / Stoveworldni is the perfect example of how everyone would like on-line vendors to perform ...

we all base our purchases these day on reviews so after reading all the 5* reviews on these guys facebook page we had pretty much bought here before we even called,we went with a supply and fit stove and fireplace which was completed in 1 day by 3 x very experienced hetas fitters,all this was arranged at the showroom at 8 oclock on a cold thursday nite with paddy himself,without a shadow of doubt the most knowledgeable stove and fireplace dealers in the north,they were also in the process of completing a new 3 floor showroom when we visited,i have no doubt this will be the best stove and fireplace showroom around,BEST OF LUCK PADDY -FRANK 50 QUESTIONS
