This company should be ashamed of itself. They distribute their wood products throughout Northern Ireland but they don't make their wood care oils available to customers directly. This company reccommends their care products only for their wood flooring. I was told that unless the distributor stocks their care products which most in Northern Ireland do not, a customer would have to buy 300 pounds of the product just to get a simple bottle of oil or cleaner for their floor. Ridiculous after the amount of money I spent for the floor itself. I give this company my business and basically their customer service tells me they do not sell to customers directly . What game are they even playing at? I call this not fair to the customer and I will be contacting the consumer affair line . It should not be that they sell the wood make it widely available but they do not sell the oil to the customer if the supplier doesnt stock it. They also only recommend their product to use on the wood.
