Yoga & Pilates

Your sleep will improve, your brain health will be enhanced and your work will be more productive. Pilates
Pilates is a type of mind-body exercise developed in the early 20th century by German physical trainer Joseph Pilates, after whom it was named. Pilates called his method "Contrology". Pilates is a series of controlled physical movements linked with breath. It has emphasis on improving posture, aligning the spine and skeletal structure, improving coordination, greatly enhancing muscle tone, specifically core strength and massively reducing, if not completely eliminating back pain.
