QTF provided us with an unreal service right from the beginning. I would highly recommend this company for timber frame. from the guys in the office doing drawings and making changes when needed. We had a few problems not even related to the timber frame. But Raymond( owner of QTF) was even then at the end of the phone helping us rectify the problem even though he had no need to. Even down to the guys fitting the timber frame a very skilled and pleasant bunch of guys. Excellent customer service all round.
