Andronics short-listed in World Communication Awards
Irish Satellite communications company, Andronics, has been selected as a finalist in the World Communication Awards (WCA) to be presented at the London Hilton on October 1.
Now in its third year, the WCA have been described as a unique and prestigious way of recognising outstanding excellence in the high-profile communications industry.
The short-list for ‘Most Innovative Service’ recognises the commercial benefits of Andronics’ UtilityEye solutions – a portfolio of innovative, web based, satellite solutions designed to Monitor and Control fixed assets for utility companies worldwide.
Danny Vaughan, Managing Director of Andronics, said: “We are delighted to have made it to the final of the WCA. The market has shown confidence in the products developed by the team at Andronics over the past three years, in partnership with key customers, and it is fantastic to see our expertise and innovation recognised by the WCA.”
Andronics ‘UtilityEye’ solutions have a myriad of applications such as monitor and control water reservoirs, water treatment and filtration plants and sewage treatment plants, remote meter reading for gas and water and electricity.
These web-based solutions eliminate the need for costly software licenses and coupled with the use of satellite communications they offer global access.
The company are currently appointing European distributors with a presence already in Italy.
They have recently appointed Commissioning Systems Ltd (CSL) to handle the Irish Water & Waste market. (MB)
