FP McCann Gain Station Square Project

FP McCann have been awarded the contract for environmental Improvements works at Station Square, Portrush.

The work awarded by Coleraine Borough Council will be n important economic catalyst for Portrush encouraging private sector investment and helping to create a more vibrant and dynamic tourist resort.

open up the area as a small town square and will  include resurfacing of footpaths and public square with stone paving, provision of new granite kerbing, creation of feature viewing platform area providing panoramic views across West Bay, street lighting, feature Lighting inspired by the masts of ships, and introduced into seating and raised edges to provide colour and interest.

There will also be street furniture suitable for a coastal environment, drainage, sculptures, associated planters and planting including hardy grasses that make reference to the former dune landscape.

London still most expensive city for office space
London remains the world's most expensive city to rent office space, with average annual occupancy costs of around £1,072 per square metre. International property consultants Healey & Baker looked at 45 countries around the world, analysing the total costs of occupying office space in 100 locations.
