Three men hospitalised following shooting attacks

Three men are in hospital after paramilitary-style attacks in north Belfast on Sunday August 12.

In the first attack two men aged 39 and 21 were treated for gunshot wounds to the leg after they were shot in the Parkmount area of Greencastle in the northern outskirts of the city. The incident took place around 10.40pm.

In a separate incident, a 23-year-old man was shot at 7pm on Sunday night in the Rathcoole estate. He suffered gun shot wounds to his left leg in the attack. (AMcE)

Appeal For Witnesses Following Incident In Dungannon
Dungannon PSNI have issued an appeal for information and witnesses after a man was arrested on Monday, 1st April. Making the appeal, Sergeant Delaney said: "Officers on patrol in Moy just after 11pm saw an 18-year-old man lying across a vehicle parked in The Square, which had a damaged windscreen and wing mirror.

Man Arrested After Using Van To Attack Police Officers
The PSNI has condemned an incident in which a man used a van to repeatedly ram a police patrol car and attempted to run over an officer in Newry on Saturday, 03 February. Shortly after 11:20pm, officers on patrol approached a man standing beside a white Peugeot van in the Castlekeele Estate area.

Detectives Investigate Burglary In North Belfast
PSNI detectives have issued an appeal for information following a report of a burglary at residential premises in the Wilton Street area of north Belfast. Between 7.30am and around 6.25 pm yesterday, 29 January, it was reported that entry was gained to a property in the area.

Woman And Children Held Captive In Aggravated Burglary
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information after a woman and four young children were held captive as their home was ransacked in an aggravated burglary in East Belfast on Saturday, 06 April. Police received a report that around 10.45pm, four masked men entered a house in the Greenwood Hill area of Castlereagh.

Two Men Jailed For 'Horrific And Callous' Murder Of Roy Reynolds
Two men have been jailed at Belfast Crown Court in connection with the "horrific and callous" murder of Roy Reynolds in County Antrim in 2022. Michael Campbell, 34, was handed a life sentence last December after pleading guilty to Mr Reynold's murder.
