Operation Titan Images Released
Detectives from the Operation Titan Investigation team have released 17 images of people they want to speak to regarding serious public disorder in north Belfast and east Belfast during the 12 July parades.
Loyalists were angered by a Parades Commission decision that ruled the Orange Order could only march through the predominantly Catholic area of Ardoyne in north Belfast once on 12 July.
Protesters clashed with police, as officers attempted to uphold the Commission ruling and prevent the parade from passing.
Detective Superintendent Sean Wright said the investigation continues to receive strong support from the public.
He explained: "There are people out there who will know the identity of these 17 people who I am looking to speak to. I am confident that those people will come forward with that information.
"It is vital that we all send out a message to those involved in public disorder that such behaviour will not be tolerated. Those who break the law must face consequences for their actions. They will be dealt with appropriately and proportionately through the criminal justice system."
He added: "I would ask anyone who believes one of the images is of them to contact us immediately in order to help us with our enquiries."
The Operation Titan team are investigating a broad range of offences including the attempted murder of police officers, blast bomb attacks on police, hi-jackings, rioting throughout the Greater Belfast area, breaches of Parades Commission determinations and unlawful protests.
Anyone who may be able to identify any of the individuals is urged to contact detectives at the Major Incident Room on 028 90 901775 from 9am to 10pm Monday to Friday.
The independent charity Crimestoppers can be contacted anonymously on 0800 555 111.

Police Release Images Of Two People Over Robbery In North Belfast
Police investigating a robbery in north Belfast have released images of two people they would like to speak to. The armed robbery happened at a shop on the Antrim road on Saturday 31 October last year. A man entered the shop armed with a claw hammer and threatened female staff members. He made off with a sum of cash in the direction of Grey's Lane.

SF hit out at DUP Forum participation
Sinn Féin's Pat Doherty has hit out at the DUP for sitting down on a West Belfast Parades Forum which allegedly includes members of paramilitary organisations. The West Tyrone MP said that the readiness of the DUP to sit alongside members of the UDA and UVF on the Forum showed the" sickening hypocrisy" of Ian Paisley's party.
