Acorn, a multi-disciplinary marketing agency, has announced that it will grow its headcount from its current level of around 100, to 200 staff over the next five years.

This project is supported by the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation through IDA Ireland.

Acorn was acquired by Epsilon, an Alliance Data division in 2012, and has designated the Dublin team as the creative services delivery hub for all markets outside North America for Epsilon. Epsilon's growth plans for Dublin complement stated strategy of increasing its international footprint and revenue, while capitalising on the shift in marketing and brand spend to a more targeted, data-driven end-to-end solution.

Acorn currently occupies a period office building in Dublin 4 and is currently seeking to identify additional space to accommodate its growth, while retaining the creative energy that currently exists in the Dublin team, as it transitions to being part of a major multinational company.

In addition to new management, HR, IT and finance roles, Acorn will be seeking creative and digital design, planning, research and campaign production skills in Dublin.
