80 Tonnes Of Toxic Waste Found At Fuel Laundering Site
Police in Armagh have uncovered a diesel laundering plant in a serach of a disused farm in the Cullyhanna area.
The laundering plant had the capacity to produce arounf 24 million litres of illegal fuel, a loss of some £15m in duty and taxes per year, Customes have said.
Up to 80 tonnes of toxic waste was found at the site, which Customs say has been safely removed.
Work on dismantling the site is underway.

25-Year-Old Charged With Murder Of Bobbie McKee
A 25-year-old man has been charged in connection with the murder of Bobbie McKee in Kilkeel. Mr McKee (69) died shortly after being found seriously injured at his home in the Newcastle Road area on Thursday 21 March. The man has also been charged with the attempted murder of Mr McKee's wife, who remains in a serious condition in hospital.

Murder Investigation Launches After Man Found In West Belfast
A 35-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of a man found in west Belfast. On Wednesday, 06 March, a man was found with serious injuries in the Cupar Street area just before 8pm. The man was treated at the scene by emergency services before being transferred to hospital. He was pronounced dead a short time later.

A man has been charged with 24 waste and contamination offences in Co Armagh. The 52-year-old was arrested following the discovery of a suspected fuel laundering plant at Loughcross Road in Crossmaglen. The suspected plant was found during a joint operation with the police and the Northern Ireland Environment Agency on Thursday morning.
