Marks & Spencer Store Reopens Following Alert
A Marks & Spencer store has reopened following a security alert.
At around 10am on Wednesday, the shop on Belfast's Boucher Road was evacuated after the alarm was raised.
Police were called to the scene but later said "nothing untoward" was found.
Fire-Hit Building Could Collapse
Police have said a building in south Belfast could collapse after a fire at the premises.
At about 8.30am on Wednesday, a fire was reported at a derelict property on University Street in the city.
Police have said a 33-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of arson. He is currently assisting police with their enquiries.
No-one was injured in the incident, but in a statement PSNI Inspector Ray Shaw said there is "a risk of the building collapsing".
"Motorists are advised to avoid the area and to seek alternative main routes for their journey, with the road closed at the University Street/ Sandhurst Road junction."

Man Arrested Over Machinery Theft
A man from Northern Ireland has been arrested in connection with the theft of plant and agricultural machinery, it has been reported.
The 22-year-old was arrested in Castleblaney, Co Monaghan, on Tuesday night.
He is due to appear before Carrickmacross District Court today.

A man aged in his 50s has died in a house fire in Magherafelt, Co L'Derry An investigation has been launched into the cause of the fire at a house on Highfield Road, however police said that they don't believe the fire was suspicious. The man's identity has not yet been released.

Man Arrested Under Terrorism Act
A man has been arrested under the Terrorism Act in Co Tyrone. The 34-year-old was detained in the Coalisland area on Tuesday, 19 June. He is currently in custody at Musgrave police station. The arrest is in relation to a weapons and ammunition find at a garage in the Mountjoy Road in 2011.

A man, aged in his 50s, is in a critical condition in hospital after he was assaulted at a house on the Ballycastle Road on Monday, 26 September. Two other men were also arrested and have been released on bail pending further enquiries.
