Cannabis Plants Found In Claudy
Suspected cannabis plants have been found by police at a house near Claudy, Co L'Derry.
Several hundred plants are believed to have been discovered at a property on Farkland Road on Thursday evening.
A 58-year-old man has been arrested and the scene is currently being examined.

A 22-year-old man has been charged after £16,000 worth of cannabis plants were seized in L'Derry. The discovery was made after police searched a house in the Waterside area on Friday, 22 September. The suspect has been accused of growing cannabis, possession of a Class B drug and intent to supply.

Police in Co Fermanagh have seized cannabis plants worth an estimated £50,000. A sophisticated growing operation was dismantled during searches of four properties in the Teemore area on Wednesday 18 December, while a man and woman were arrested on suspicion of drug related offences.
