Fake Tan And Eyelashes Stolen In Burglary
Thieves have stolen fake tan and eyelashes during burglaries in south Belfast.
The thefts took place between 18:00 on Saturday and 09:00 on Monday in the Ormeau Road area.
It is thought that four of the incidents took place in the early hours of Monday.
Cash was taken from a number of premises, while 50 pairs of false eyelashes and 30 boxes of fake tan were taken from one, along with a mixture of St Tropez and Cocoa Brown.
Elderly Woman Pushed During KFC Burglary
An elderly woman has been left in shock after she was pushed over by an armed robber at a KFC outlet in Newtownabbey.
The victim was standing in the the fast food outlet on Church Road when a masked man carrying what is thought to have been a machete entered at about 17:00 on Tuesday.
The man jumped over the counter and took the drawer from the till, pushing the woman to the ground in the process. He then dropped the till and ran in the direction of Rathcoole estate.
Anyone who saw the incident or who has any further information has been asked to contact police in Co Antrim via the non-emergency number 101.
Body Recovered From Lagan
A man's body has been recovered from the River Lagan in south Belfast on Tuesday evening.
The body was found in the Stranmillis area near Governor's Bridge.
Man Charged With East Belfast Order Offences
Police have charged an 18-year-old man with public order offences in east Belfast.
The move follows disorder in in the Newtownards Road and Castlereagh Street areas at the end of October.
He is due to appear before Belfast Magistrates' Court on 29 December on two counts of riotous behaviour.

PSNI Welcomes Sentencing Of Paul Beggs
The PSNI have welcomed the sentence handed down to Paul Beggs today, Thursday 10 November, at Newry Crown Court. Beggs, aged 31, was sentenced to a total of 8 ½ years, half to be served in custody and half on licence, having previously pleaded guilty to offences, including arson, possession of a firearm, robbery and false imprisonment.

Woman sexually assaulted in Londonderry
A woman has been sexually assaulted in an alleyway in Londonderry, according to police. The incident took place at around 1.00am this morning between Great James Street and Sackville Street. It is understood a man forced the woman to the ground after grabbing her from behind, before sexually assaulting her.

Off licence robbed in south Belfast
A man armed with a handgun has robbed an off-licence in the University Road area of south Belfast. Shortly after 7pm, a man entered the premises and produced a handgun and demanded money from the till. The man made off with an undisclosed sum of money.

Detectives in west Belfast are appealing for information following an armed robbery at Norglen Road yesterday morning. The driver of a lorry was reversing into a parking space, when he was approached by two men. One of the men was carrying a handgun.
