Man Injured In Banbridge Stabbing Incident
Two men have been arrested in connection with a stabbing incident in Banbridge, County Down.
The attack happened at Golf Terrace just after 11pm on Thursday.
A man was found stabbed at the scene, however his injuries are not believed to be life threatening. He is currently being treated in hospital.
Two men, aged 24 and 27, have been detained by the police.
Police are appealing for witnesses to contact them.

Two people have been killed in separate stabbing incidents in Northern Ireland over the weekend. Hugh McKibben, 51, of Main Street in Carrowdore died in a stabbing incident at a house on Inisharoan Court about midnight on Sunday May 5. Four people were arrested following his murder but three have since been released on police bail.

Man Released On Bail Over College Stabbing Incident
A man, 20, who was arrested in connection with a stabbing at a college in Belfast has been released on bail. Police said the man was released pending further enquiries. A 26-year-old is currently in hospital following the incident at Belfast Metropolitan College on Thursday. His condition is described as serious but stable.

Inspector Donna McGrady said police were alerted at about 1.15am by a member of the public on Bedford Street to a fight going on in the area.

Two police officers have been disciplined after they failed to let their colleagues and a police doctor know that a woman had sustained a head injury, a Police Ombudsman investigation has concluded. The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.
