Two Charged Over Fatal Road Collision

Two people have been charged in connection with a fatal road crash in Ballycastle on 06 April.

Johnny Black 19, and Robin Wilson, 24, were killed in the collision which happened on the Cushendall Road.

A 50-year-old man and a 48-year-old woman are due to appear at Coleraine Magistrates Court on Monday 27 July.

All charges will be reviewed by the PPS.

Police have been granted more time to question a 20-year-old man and a woman, also 20, has been released on bail pending further enquiries.

A 22-year-old man was also arrested. He is currently helping police with their enquiries.

Serious Road Crash In L'Derry
A serious road crash has occurred on the Chapel Road in L'Derry. A car and a motorbike where involved in the incident, according to the police. One man, believed to be a teenager, has been taken to hospital where his injuries are believed to be serious. The road has been closed at its junctions with Newlyn Terrace and Spencer Road.

Man Dies In Workplace Accident In Co Armagh
A man has died in a workplace accident in Co Armagh. It is believed the man was crushed by a road roller while a new road surface was being laid on the Bog Road, Forkhill, on Wednesday, 31 May. Police and the Health and Safety Executive have launched an investigation.
