Man to appear in court over threats to kill

A 31-year-old man has been charged with four counts of threats to kill in Co Antrim.

The charges relate to actual bodily harm, false imprisonment and possession of an offensive weapon during an incident in the Dunclug area of Ballymena on Saturday night. The man was due to appear before Coleraine Magistrate's Court on Monday morning.

Elsewhere, a 22-year-old Irvingstown man is due before Enniskillen Magistrates Court today after being charged with GBH with intent. The charge relates to an incident at a pub in Irvingstown in the early hours of Sunday morning.

A 40-year-old man has appeared before Belfast Magistrates Court today, charged in connection with a number of sexual offences. The man faces on charge of rape, two charges of sexual assault and one charge of sexual activity with a child.

Man Charged Over Banbridge Murder
A man charged with the murder of another man found dead in Banbridge is to appear before Newry Magistrates' Court today, 13 July. The body of 55-year-old Richard Gerard Scullion was found at a property in the Millmount Court area on Monday, 09 July. Police are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.

Murder Accused Due In Court
A man has been charged with attempted murder in connection with a shooting in Coalisland. The 28 year-old victim, a Lithuanian man, suffered gunshot wounds to the chest in the early morning shooting at Lineside, Coalisland. He was shot around 3am last Sunday morning.

Man Due In Court Charged With Kevin Conway Murder
A 27-year-old man is due to appear before Belfast Magistrates' Court today, Monday, 29 January, charged with the murder of Kevin Conway. The man was arrested in west Belfast on 09 January, by detectives investigating the murder. Police have said that as is usual procedure, the charge will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.

Man Due In Court Charged With Rathcoole Murder
Detectives from the PSNI's Major Investigation Team investigating the murder of a man in the Rathcoole area of Newtownabbey have named the victim as 31-year-old Ryan MacNab from north Belfast. Mr MacNab died from his injuries at the scene of a serious assault at an address in the Barna Square area on Friday evening, 21st October.
