Woman Left Badly Shaken Following Armed Robbery In North Belfast

A woman has been left badly shaken following an armed robbery at a Chinese takeaway in north Belfast.

The incident occurred at premises on the Cliftonville Road area at around 12.30am on Saturday.

A man armed with a knife threatened staff and made off with a sum of cash.

Detective Sergeant Keith Wilson is asking anyone with information about this robbery to contact detectives at Musgrave Reactive and Organised Crime on 101.

Armed Robbery In North Belfast
An armed robbery has occurred at a shop in north Belfast. Two men, one armed with a hammer and the other with a screwdriver, entered the premises on the Whitewell Road at around 6.20am on Wednesday. They tied up and threatened two members of staff and stole cigarettes.

Image Released Following Attempted Armed Robbery In 2014
Police have released an image of a man following an attempted armed robbery at a commercial premises in north Belfast in 2014. The incident happened on the Cavehill Road on Tuesday 02 December at around 6pm. A man entered an off licence and struck a till with a hammer. He made off empty handed and no-one was injured in the incident.

Appeal Over Attempted Armed Robbery, Coleraine
PSNI Detectives in Coleraine, County L'Derry, are investigating an attempted armed robbery at a shop on Castlerock Road on the evening of 2 September. Investigating officer Detective Constable Melody Kidd said: "Shortly before 11.30pm a male armed with a knife entered the store.
