Bangor based call centre to create 100 new jobs

Around 100 new jobs are to be created at a Co Down call centre.

The MM Group announced on Thursday evening that the full time, permanent jobs would be created at its premises in Bangor.

The announcement follows the recent acquisition of main rivals, Contact 24, resulting in the company becoming one the UK's largest independent outsourced contact centre service providers.

This latest announcement means MM Group have increased the number of employees at their Bangor centre from 90 to more than 400 since it opened in 2000.

MM Group is one of the UK's largest outsourced service providers, offering multi-media contact centres, database management, e-commerce services, specialist fulfilment and list services.
